Great for Pilates classes
You get a selection of five bands in this set, all different strengths, so as you progress you can change band. They are loops made of elastic, designed to provide resistance in exercise routines like for yoga and Pilates. I have been going to Pilates classes and we use these regularly I got a set of my own. They fold up nicely into their own little net bag which pops easily into my gym bag. The bands are different colours and are marked clearly in terms of resistance/ strength so you can choose appropriately. The elastic material is good quality so you don’t have to worry about the bands pinging or snapping in use.
