These have been great for laundry day. folding up the hangers makes it a lot harder for clothing to fall off easily, meaning there is less trouble with transporting hung clothes from the laundry area, and a lot less risk of finding clothing at the bottom of my closet. You can also point them in alternating directions, to save a little room and easier organize things.

I never just pack the amount of clothing that I actually NEED for travel, because what if I spill something on one of my outfits? What if it rains, and I only packed my dresses for good weather? I can come up with quite a lengthy list for all the reasons that I overpack. Bottom line, I just really like to have options! The more, the better!I have always counted up the number of clothing items I'm packing, and then pack at least that number of hangers, which, let's face it, really DO take up a lot of suitcase space.Enter these folding hangers, which I didn't even realize existed on the market! This is going to save me SO MUCH SUITCASE SPACE! More room for other things I might "need!" My standard hangers are almost 18" wide, but these fold to just 8.3" wide. That's less than half the size taken by my everyday hangers!I think that if you travel from time to time, these hangers are a total win. I'm really pleased, and can comfortable recommend this set of hangers.EDIT: One thing I failed to notice until I traveled this past weekend: these hangers cannot be used for pants or skirts, so bear that in mind if you opt to purchase. There is no bottom bar over which pants can hang, and of course there aren't clips that could hold a skirt. They're also not as wide as my standard velvet hangers so I had a couple of tops slip off the hangers. I believe on my next trip, I'll probably just go back to using my normal hangers. That said, there are certainly people who could be very well-served by these travel hangers. Still, I think not being able to use these to hang pants or skirts is a pretty big deal, so I'm amending my rating from 5 stars to 4. I'd strongly recommend that the manufacturer consider adding adjustable/removable clips to this set, though, which could be used to hang pants and skirts.

This is the first time I have had folding hangers I never really thought about them before and am glad I have them. By being able to fold them literally in half it saves space in your luggage. Usually a regular hanger or two will snap in half during transit plus they are bulky. I will get more of these folding hangers they are sturdy and have a large hook which fits on shower rails, closet rails, door handles etc. I am happy to have these folding hangers they are very useful and practical. I especially like the little piece that sticks up on inside of the lower part of the hanger so you can hang a slip or something lightweight under the shirt as well (a two-for-one).

I've been wanting to pick up some travel hangers since not all the places have them, or many. Especially if you stay at an Air BnB. I'm not sure how well these will stay open when they're stored closed so long. I wouldn't put the heavier items on these. I'll probably use these for something like tank tops or light blouses.

Well made, these hangers are lightweight yet sturdy. I use them at home & while traveling.

These hangers are compact but sturdy.For me, the best way to test a hanger is to put a heavy coat on it. Which is exactly what I did.Did it bend or sag? Nope.I like that they fold making them easier to pack.

It is a fact that I have too many clothes, and not enough places to put them. My closet is full of suits that I wear maybe once a year but can't bear to part with, and every drawer in my dresser is crammed full of t-shirts. Space is at an absolute premium for me, and I'm always looking for ways to increase the amount of clothes I can hang without overwhelming my closet.That's where these nifty little folding hangers come in. I've tried other hanger solutions, but they pale in comparison. The design is simple yet effective. When you unfold them, they're surprisingly sturdy for their size. They work well with various types of clothing, from light t-shirts to heavier sweaters. You can also just fold them up with the clothes still attached, and still don't have to worry about wrinkles.I travel a ridiculous amount, and they are also the perfect size to pop into my suitcase if I need an emergency hanger wherever I'm going (side note, when did hotels stop putting hangers in their closets?). No more draping dress shirts over chairs or towel racks! Over all, they're practical, well-made, and have saved me a ton of space wherever I go.

When we travel we don't think about hangers. We struggle with packing clothes that won't need hanging or ironing and may not really pack the outfits we really want to take. On top of that nothing's worse than unpacking and ironing or steaming an outfit and not have enough hangers to hang it up when you're done. These will solve that issue easy to pack and use. Done and done. 8/10
