I have taken these for a few weeks and have had no noticeable effect on myself. That’s not to say these will not work for others but for me personally they did nothing. I had no ill effect on my body so that’s good. They were tasteless and seemed to be easy to swallow.

I had tried the tar / liquid version and just could not get on with the taste. Even though it was a tiny amount it just left such a bitter aftertaste so wanted to try these to see if any better. They are. No aftertaste at all and very easy to swallow. Appear to be a good quality grade of shilajit.
