This is a supplement of 100% natural bee pollen granules, which is great. Nothing else has been added. They come in a self seal pouch which closes nicely. The recommended dose is a heaped teaspoon, which equals 5g. Although there are 28 servings in the pouch, the pollen can be taken twice a day, or even more if required. This of course would impact on how long it would last.I like the sweet, slightly malty flavour, which I find very pleasant and palatable. Personally, I don't mind taking it directly as it softens quite quickly. I also like to use it as a topping for porridge or yoghurt and even sprinkled into salads. If you find the granules too much, they can be ground into fine powder and used that way.Overall, nice tasing to me, and versatile.

I took my first heaped teaspoonful and savoured the crunchy texture; it was surprisingly delicious! Since then, I've sprinkled some granules on my morning breakfast cereal, adding a unique flavour and a nutritional boost.I appreciate that this product is all-natural, and the pouch proudly states it is produced in a GMP-certified facility, assuring quality and safety. Overall, this has been a refreshing addition to my diet, and I can already see myself reordering it in the future.

I found the taste of these bee pollen granules to be natural. However, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to receive a product with a best-before date of March 2025 when I ordered it in April 2025. While it’s still consumable since it’s a 'best before' date and not an expiration, it’s not ideal to get something already past that mark, definitely takes away from the experience.

Not my first time with bee pollen granules, and it was nice to open the package and be greeted with sunny goodness once more. I love this sprinkled on my overnight oats in the morning - add it when you eat them not overnight. I don't feel any different as it is too early to see that, but what appeals is the possible benefits, and I hope to see some soon.Price wise, I think this is fine, £12.99 at time of review. My BBE was about 8 months ahead of time.

I quite like this bee pollen supplement. It’s easy to use – in my case, I just incorporate a little into my cereal each morning. I very much appreciate that it’s entirely natural, has a delicate flavour, and is a good source of certain nutrients. Responding to other comments about expiry dates, I can only say that my packet (delivered in April 2025) has an expiry date of February 2027 … which is fine with me.
