Very nice and complete field cleaning kit!
Super compact and handy kit for cleaning a .22 pistol or revolver! It has everything you need to do a good, quick field cleaning - handle, rod, short rod extension, jags, brushes, patches and solvent. Nice little package that fits easily in your range bag and looks to be reasonably durable.

Good idea, but .22 handle is a bit small for adult
This looked like a quality cleaning kit, with a comfortable green handle, but unfortunately it is scaled down in size, and is not as comfortable as it could be for an adult male hand to use. The picture used for the .22 kit in the palm of the hand shows it to be longer, and possibly from one of the larger bore kits. Or the hand model in the glove had a very small hand and made the handle appear larger? This .22 handle measures 2 7/8 inches end to end on the green part of the handle, and the brass part on top is smaller than pictured, so no room for a finger there like shown. For me, with my thumb placed on the very end of it, where it is comfortable, I can only just barely get two fingers on the rest of the handle, and my fingers are thin for an adult male.I was told by the president of the company that all the handles in their kits are the same size, so I can't explain why it looks longer in the picture. He said the handle with the carbon fiber shaft (which is permanently attached to the handle, by the way), is larger, but that won't help me, unless I use that instead, and buy the other kit. The length of that one rod and handle is 12" on the carbon fiber kit, so no short option for cleaning revolver cylinder chambers with that one.If this kit was intended to market to women and children, because of the smaller .22 caliber guns they would be more likely to start on, then it succeeds there in size and fit for their hands. I can see cramping being a problem if you use this on cleaning multiple guns at a time for men, because the small handle is just not comfortable to use for long, or with much effort. Though maybe I will get used to it over time? They also minimized the size of the container of the kit, so it's pretty hard to pick things out of it from their slots individually, but I guess you could just dump it on a table if you don't want to fool with that. Oh, and the catches they use are a pain to open when its closed and "latched". It might seem I am nitpicking, but if you use something often enough, these little fiddly details become larger pains when in use. It's probably great for backpacking, but not for everyday convenience in use. Last nit: the tiny black zip tie they use to lock this up when shipped, is hard to see, and hard to remove, unless you have end cutters handy. A twist tie like on bread would have been so much nicer to deal with, and would secure it in shipping. One brush and the mop were both bent slightly, and had to be straightened, but appear to be good quality with the brass threads. The rest of the kit looks good too, though the overall length of the two brass rods screwed together (one short, one long) with any brush attached is 9 3/8", so sufficient for most barrels, but certainly not for a 12" Buntline if you have one. Since this is aimed at range and field use, you could always use another rod from another kit to help with that of course. I do like the short tube for cleaning the cylinder chambers on revolvers though.Overall, I would recommend this quality made kit if you don't have large hands, or you just want to run a patch though when at the range, etc., just not for heavy or prolonged cleaning of multiple guns. I just wish the handle was full sized to make it more comfortable for us larger handed folks to use.

A nice complete .22 pistol cleaning kit.
I like the small size, fits well in the bag. I do like everything I need for the pistol is here.I use these 'BOOSTEADY 6 Inch Cotton Gun Cleaning Swabs with Bamboo Handle' (on Amazon!) so I have no need for patches but I'm very happy with this kit.

Compact, all the essentials, well made
I finally got a chance to use this kit. Best recommendation I can give it...Buy it. You won't be disappointed. It is for 22 LR cal. and all the parts fit. EXCEPT the 5 patches are longer than needed and need to be cut in two if they will be used to swab the 22lr barrel. I forgot I had it and almost bought another one but I found it and saved the price of another just like it.

It's OK
Nothing bad and nothing great. It's good but probably a little high on the price for what you get.
