Great product!
This was given to me as a christmas gift last year or the year before (can't remember.) It's been a great addition and provided you contract your muscles and work against yourself (your strength vs your strength kind of thing) you will feel it.Comes with a poster of exercises to do using it, but I also make up my own stuff too. An acquaintance of mine has this too and she told me she had no problem taking it in and out of the airport, if anyone was wondering.
