I would say i’ve noticed some improvements to my mental clarity and overall energy levels after taking this supplement for a few weeks - particularly around energy throughout the day. Often times I would notice I would feel extremely fatigued in the evening before and after dinner - but i’ve experienced this a lot less. In terms of focus I have noticed I have been able to have more intense bursts of focus and productivity as well. Ashwaganda is known to provide more mental clarity and Shilajit to provide more energy. You take two capsules a day with water and food - they are not too large and easy to swallow. Seemingly, these supplements appear to be quite effective - they appear to be well made and are not too badly priced either. I would recommend giving these ago if you are thinking of trying them.

90 small, easy to swallow, vegan friendly, 3rd party tested, Shilajit & Ashwagandhacapsules.These are in a dark brown plastic screw top sealed bottle.Recommended to take 2 capsules per day for optimum benefit and with food.Information/advice is printed on the label.Whilst these are of a good strength, I would have preferred to only have ones strong enough for one per day.Obviously read the small print before purchase, unlike me.However, these are a very convenient method of supplementing Shilajit, which is found as a sticky paste in the Himalayas region.Also having Ashwagandha included means that two into one capsule, can be done.

Having taken these - I can’t say I notice much of a difference in energy or improvement to fatigue. That said, they swallow easy and the capsules are powder free which helps when transferring to a pill box. There is no taste that I can discern either and they do not cause gasiness as I experience when taking tablets that deliver similar effects.
