Works great. Inexpensive way to try 40hz therapy.
Just started this so I can't say anything about the effects but it's cheap enough to try.

Risk of burns
They give you a little plug-in holder for the bulb. If you use it, the entire bulb is exposed. The base of the bulb gets EXTREMELY HOT, and you can easily get burned. But even if you have the bulb behind a lampshade, I would be worried about it being a fire hazard.
