Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 Case, Heavy Duty Tough Armour Rugged Shockproof Case for Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 + Screen Protector & Microfibre Polishing Cloth + Stylus (Orange)

I bought this case for my wife's phone,The phone although not new was new to my wife as we are both self isolating and over 70 we could not understand why the volume would constantly turn off.After a long phone call to a computer expert it' was discovered that although the case fits perfectly over the rest of the phone the volume switch part is slightly to high thus always turning the volume to off.I have since cut a slot (although not very well) to relieve the pressure off the button and all now appears to be o.k. Although a little weak in that corner.The cost of returning the case out weighs the value of the case I am sorry to write this as it did look to be a really good case.

Bought 2 of these phone cases now, the first one was for my original samsung J3 and my second one was for my current samsung 20A. Really sturdy and rugged yet soft to the touch making it easy to grip.The fluorescent colours are spot on as I tend to put my phone down whilst doing work and being fluorescent makes it easy to find if I forget where I've left it on which bench.

I should have taken the warnings from other reviewers seriously. The case does NOT fit all the phones listed (mine included) AND does NOT allow you to return it!!!! Shocking. I reviewed accordingly and sent a complaint to Amazon.

Hi just arrived and it's the wrong case. Disgusted that there is no returns available on this case. Will now have to adapt by drilling holes for our son. It's an Xmas present as well.
