This is a great grounding mat. It is useful when working on electronics to limit static charges causing damage to components. I also use it when I sleep and it seems to be good.

There's really no way to test if it works. I mean it is a rubber mat so I don't know how that makes sense. I've sat with it for a couple of hours when I get out of work and it feels like I have less pain on my body could it be my mind playing tricks on me I don't know time will tell.

Perfect size for an office chair!

I was really hoping to get some benefit from this, as other reviewers, and a co-worker of mine had seen great results. Me? Not so much. I tried this for a few weeks in multiple different locations and ways and could not realize any benefit from it whatsoever. And believe me...I have a LOT that can be improved upon with my sleep as one example. It seems to be well made, and it comes with all that it says it does, but it did not benefit me in any way, unfortunately.

I use a volt ohm meeter on DCV, there is voltage that is present sticking one probe into ground, placing bare foot on the dirt/grass, holding other probe. It's at about 6 to 10 milli volts. Your house, if electrical is grounded three pronge plug set u quick. In winter there may not be bare ground or to cold. Nice smooth mat and long enough cord for me, easy to use. Happy with purchase.

A total waste of money don’t buy

I have several grounding mats. They all work good. This one does too. You get a generous 15 ft. cord with this one and it has a nice size to it.A lot of people don’t really understand the value of a grounding mat or what to expect. They complain that they “don’t feel anything”. They are actually accurate… it’s not what you feel, but what you DON’T feel which is why this is such a great product to have. Many who try grounding say that they don’t understand it, can’t pinpoint it, whatever… but they’ll say that they just feel calmer or better. That’s what this does… it helps your body attenuate all that chaotic EMF around you so your body can handle it better.I highly recommend that you get one of these mats. If you work at home in front of a computer all day, put your bare feet on this all day. You won’t “feel anything”… but you also won’t want to get your money back. That should tell you something. Get it! Your body will thank you later… even if you don’t understand or believe it.

You can always return it, but you won't. You an feel it immediately. Bare skin contact. If you don't feel the effects, try a different outlet, yours isn't properly grounded.
