Just a thick sleeve.
No positive alignment effect. Relies on the bill of the sleeve material and strips of seeming stiffener to produce some restraints. The ratio of the thigh’s and calves’s size is limited to the expansion of each. If your measurements fell into this range it could fit better. In my case I had to prioritize the calves over the thighs.Anyway, even if it was good fit not positive alignment proviso. Quite uncomfortable.

Schon nach zwei Kilometern Taten mir die Kniee weh.Hiermit nicht!Genau die Bänder die, bei übergewichtigen, schnell anfangen zu schmerzen werden gestützt!
