We got a small pool for the kids and got this to put under the pool. It seems thick enough. And under the pool it feels soft and prevents anything we missed from poking the bottom of the pool. Easily laid out, it lays there and actually helps position the pool without concern of cutting or dragging the pool. I do not think it is designed to last more than one season though. I have to let you know next summer.

We have a 14’ round pool and purchased the 15’ ground cover to give more protection to the outside of the pool. Like the black color as we put mulch around the pool and it blends in.

We have a 12 foot above ground pool that we have constantly had to patch the bottoms because of little tiny rocks that we didn't see underneath. This summer While the pool was empty we got this pad to put underneath it after we reLeveled the ground. We put the pool back on top and have recently refilled it as of yesterday. This pad makes such a huge difference the bottom of the pool is now soft and smooth and when do not have to worry about little rocks that we didn't see popping through the thickness is just enough that it doesn't make it too squishy but comfortable. I highly recommend this pad for any above ground pools to save the bottom of your pool as well as the comfort of your feet.
