These postpartum cooling pads were such a big help after giving birth. The cooling sensation was really soothing and provided much-needed relief during the first few days.They’re easy to use and stay in place well, which made it easy to move around without discomfort. The size was just right—not too bulky but still provided enough coverage.Overall, they made a tough time a little easier. Definitely worth having on hand for postpartum care.

Product works as intended and is much less bulky than the hospital padsicles. You may want to leave out of the freezer for 5-10 min before using because the gel freezes hard in a few spots and can feel shockingly cold. It also allows you to distribute the gel more evenly throughout the pad.

This is the first time I've used something like these postpartum, and I wish I had had them before for the other pregnancies. The pads are super light and flexible, and they freeze quickly for use. I felt instant relief for at least 20 minutes after applying one. It really made me feel more at ease with moving about, and also was ideal for resting times, after coming home from delivery.

I think better than Frida padsicles, which gave me a burning sensation. I tried these at room temp (like the Frida ones work), refrigerated & frozen. The box recommends frozen, whew - I do not, VERY cold and uncomfortable. I recommend either of the other two. The pain relief and healing feels like it works well but the cooling effect doesn’t last as long as the frida or ice pack like versions. The spongey texture is weird. They’re definitely worth trying if Frida ones aren’t for you!

They are great for those first few days after birth when you are recovering. In the past, I have made my own but these were great and so much less hassle. They lasted a good while and give instant relief when applied directly from the fridge or freezer. I like the more natural ingredients and they were far more comfortable than the ones you get at the hospital. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Love this brand, but the cooling doesn't last long on these. We ended up ordering the kind you can pop.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Decent value in comparison with competitors love that it's not as bulky as other perineal pads. It's discreet. If you don't want it as cold you can simply stick in the fridge instead of the freezer. Stays cold long enough to give relief but not to be irritating.

I would not buy these again. They were very uncomfortable. It's a sponge, a frozen sponge. It's better to just use the ice packs that the hospital gives you. I used one out of the box, and I still have the remainder in my freezer. i also didn't bleed as much since I had a vaginal delivery with little tear and I'm breastfeeding. I still would not buy theseit'sts uncomfortable and not useful
