After reading the review and looking at the pictures in Chris T's review, it seems apparent that he would be much happier with Mamfous connectors, which come as 1 in 2 out as well as 4 or 5 out. These are easily found on Amazon if you search for B09TDTD1B7.

Even though I can solder wires well, I just don't like to. With these I can attach a tiny 22 awg wire to a large 12awg wire, and then undo and try again later, perhaps eliminating the 22 awg wire with soldering, and this junction is reused on another project. I also like how you can join these sideways into sets so the wiring is quite neat. Multiple projects now I've done with "this is a [wiring] improvement but one day when I have so much time I will come back and redo the best way".Example: A fan had a small 18 awg power cord, insulation eaten by dogs, with these I was able to take a very cheap (larger) 16 awg "extension cord" and join to a short length of the 18 awg the dogs hadn't chewed on. Not ideal but still an improvement.These would possibly be excellent for light fixtures or ceiling fans, as ceiling fans sometimes need switches replaced and these are much better than "wire nuts". Electricians make videos on how "people do wire nuts wrong". Hard to do these wrong.

Products seen to be good but customerService suck.On Amazon product shows delivered but 2 days after never did.

It is not immediately obvious how to join these connectors together. They don’t snap into place. As in the diagram, the slotted side faces the ribbed side, then holding tightly together slide one down against the other. The pieces then stay firmly in place, and any number of connectors can be ganged together. I’ve so far joined 24 AWG with 16 AWG wire and the connection is good, and the wires will not pull out.I will be using these with Lionel Fastrak turnouts to extend the length of cable between the lever controller and the switch, and coupler type track to the uncouple - unload controller pad. I will not have to solder or insulate the paired wires, and can easily disconnect if needed.
