I bought this frother in Aug. 2024. I loved it and it made excellent froth until May 2025 when the spinner that makes the froth broke. It was still under warranty so I emailed the company sending a picture of the broke part and my Amazon order # and purchase date. They very quickly responded and within a few days I had a replacement part. Their customer service is fantastic.

The Maestri House frother has been an excellent addition to our morning coffee routine. Our last frother tended to burn to the bottom of frother when using it so over time became very difficult to clean. This frother avoids this by spreading the heating element over a larger area and also allowing for temperature adjustment from 120 - 160 degrees. The frother also has a 'foam' adjustment that allows the user to personalize the type and density of foam they prefer. we use this frother about 5 or 6 times per day and mostly for single cappuccinos and it works well for either milk or half&half. It doesn't burn on the bottom so between uses just a quick rinse works. Later it washes easy by hand or we just toss it into the dishwasher, VERY EASY CLEANUP. The frother 'wand' and spring lift out to they clean up easy also. It is slightly bigger than the Nespresso we had last but fits nicely with our other coffee machines and it has a sleek design that wipes down easily.Overall it's been a great buy. For the price (half of some others) is definitely good and I would buy it again.

It’s more expensive than some systems but it works great and the main device is dishwasher safe. Much easier than other systems I’ve used in the past.

I bought this to replace my old Nespresso milk frother because it is small and I really only need something that will heat up the milk since I primarily make lattes. I don't need froth. The search to find something that only heated the milk proved fruitless.Then I found this machine and ordered it. Its milk capacity is enormous! I filled it up and put it on minimum froth and maximum temp and it worked like a charm. The milk was super hot--just the way I like it--and the froth was fine and creamy. If only I knew how to make art with it!Another day I filled it up with milk again and removed the frothing spring and ran it on the hottest setting--again, I only want hot milk. The milk reached only 101 degrees, not the 160 I'd set it to and that I'd achieved the day before. I rinsed out the container and let it cool before repeating my experiment, and again, I only achieved 101 degrees, which is far from hot enough for a hot beverage of any kind.I contacted the seller to see if I was doing something wrong or what-have-you, but it appeared that everything was in order and maybe I had a defective unit. They kindly told me to keep the machine and they refunded my purchase 100% So I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I received. :)I'll probably order another one and give it a try because I haven't heard of this issue in any of the other reviews.I do love the generous capacity of the container, so I can make multiple drinks at once and its functions are intuitive. Plus it is super easy to clean the container and attachments--just throw them in the dishwasher. It's also an attractive machine and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter.

I waited almost a year to review this item because EVERY single Frother I've bought over the past 5 years poops out within 6-8 months and never did froth very well. WELL, this one is a KEEPER FOR SURE!!! It does exactly what it claims; makes HOT Froth and I mean SUPER THICK Froth which is what I want so it doesn't melt down into my coffee within 60 seconds because I'm a sipper of my coffee not a gulper. The ONLY thing I wish was better was the cool down period between making a second. I make my husband's first then I have to wait at least 7 minutes for it to cool down or it won't froth a second. It's worth the wait though, just wish I could do one round right after the first one.

I didn’t think I’d enjoy this frother as much as I do... I legitimately use this thing every morning to make hot or iced matcha lattes. It’s easy to use and the settings allow you to control the temperature. I just choose my settings, start it up, and within minutes have perfectly frothy milk.It’s already saved me hundreds of dollars by not going to Starbucks every day!!

Edit: I had left a 3 star review (below) because it made great hot cocoa, but them it just died - there was no way to reset it according to the internet and I was nearing the end of my return period and I didn't want to chance missing that timeframe and paying for something that stopped working.I like this product for making cocoa. I can make regular or even use protein powder and it turns out good. Using it to froth milk doesn't get anything special. I do use the frother on high after pouring out some of the cocoa and then add that to the cocoa, and it lightens it up some, but if I want real froth I use my "Milk Frother, 4 in 1 Electric Milk Steamer,11.8oz/350ml Automatic Warm and Cold Foam frother for Coffee, Latte, Macchiato, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate" by Liksiy which is GREAT for frothing but is too small for making good cocoa.If I only wanted frothing I would stay away from this one. I do like how easy it is to clean and it's large capacity to warm milk/drinks. It is also a pretty product.ALSO - Nostalgia 32 Oz Frother and Hot Chocolate Maker, Warm or Cold Milk Foam, Includes Cocoa Bomb Mold, for Coffees, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Brown - I tried this one but it was made of cheep plastic and arrived broken, plus everything was attached so the cord had to go to the sink area which I didn't like.

Makes drinking my coffee now a blissful experienceLooks so much better than those less expensive handheld ones don't waste your money get this!
