Very well-made. Quality is excellent.
It was hard to find comfortable bands like this. Most of them are cheap, thin bands that roll up and dig into your skin. These are really well-made and are wide and hold their shape. When exercising.

Quality resistance bands
These fabric resistance bands are great. They are well constructed, comfortable, and stay in place while I am using them. Two latex elastic strips on the inside keep them from sliding on both clothing and bare skin. Unlike latex bands, these don’t roll or dig into my leg while stretched. They come in three different resistance levels and are easily stored in the mesh bag provided. They are washable by hand (and possibly by machine if contained in a laundry bag) in cool water and should be air dried to protect their elasticity. This set is a good value at the current price. I highly recommend them.

Durable, Comfortable, Grippy, Well Made… They Stay in Place
Working with these bands is so much better than working with the rubber bands. With the rubber bands, I would worry about when it was going to break. But, not with these. These are a nice fabric and they feel comfortable against even your bare skin.These fabric bands have rubbery lining strips on the inside so they grip and stay in place when you work with them. They do not curl up or ride up. The set includes three bands with differing levels of resistance. They are all the same length so as you progress through your routines over time, you can keep you same stance but use a higher resistance band.I personally like the colors as they are not just plain boring. The bands come in a nice mesh bag for safe keeping. There is an included instruction sheet for those who are just beginning, showing many different exercises so you can get a complete workout.These are a nice well made set of resistance bands that are comfortable to work with. They are an excellent choice for those who are working with resistance training.
