Ab Lab with Victoria Johnson [DVD]

The video is dated but super affective ! After one workout I felt in my abs . Just what I was hoping for.

It's ok for an ab DVD, with not much variety.

Rad work-out clothes, super easy to follow and well worth the change I bought it with from a used vendor.

The outfits are horrid, and yes the lady is silly, but the workout is actually pretty nice. It's a workout I can get through without getting - irritated by the difficulty/lack of instruction, bored with, and feel like I'm getting something done. The lady is absolutely ridiculous "Oh my gosh. 3 kids? Can you believe it? Oh I hate her too" "oh she gets a little over zealous sometimes!" or the "These kill me too. Ow these hurt" (You're not doing them lady!!!) .... But really, it's a good workout and you feel great afterwards.

Kind of an older dvd, but good workout for your abdominals. I was very sore the next day which is the best feeling after this quick 30 minute dvd. I'd rate it a B!

I bought this DVD at Target for $1 in the "Dollar Spot" section. It was worth $1, but it is extremely out dated. It says it was produced in 2004, but there is no way! The outfits are rediculous! The woorkout is okay, but I would reccomend checking Target before pay 2$ plus shipping and handling charges.
