I was surprised by this flashlight. While it was everything as advertised (bright light, sealed well, unique magntetic / induction switch to persevere water resistance) what most surprised me was the included battery. While you can unscrew the base and power this light by a trio of AAA batteries, you can also opt to use the included rechargeable LiOn battery that even comes with a specialized charger. The battery will take up all the space of the AAA batteries a their holder. While this is a great idea, the charger is so-so. It works, but be sure you have the battery pressed all the way down to ensure charging. Light itself is well made of aluminum. Multiple water seals. Induction switch so no chance of water leakage. Attached lanyard and wrist holder. Well made. Would make a unique and neat gift.

Nice Flashlight. Comes with 3 modes so its easy to go to the next mode. The magnetic switch is different and isnt your normal crisp click type switch. More of a motion of pushing down and releasing. It does work well though just different than my other flashlights. Comes with a 18650 rechargeable battery and charger. Also comes with a sleeve and insert that takes three AAA batteries. This 2nd sleeve isnt listed at all but I found the sleeve picture on another flashlight they offer so I figured its also applicable to this one. This Flashlight didnt comes with any paperwork/manual so it was hard to tell how the sleeve was supposed to work initially. After I got the batteries placed the correct way it works just like the 18650 and gives you another option if you dont have the rechargeable battery with. Also comes with a lanyard for your diving applications.
