Don't have a boat, but you are into boxing? Well this buoy will do the trick. You can spend the extra money getting a water bag from a place that sells training equipment to gyms or get this boat bumper without any branding for less. Rubber is pretty solid and thick, and can accomodate the extra water and being suspended from the air. No issues with air or water leaking from the plug. I used an air compressor to inflate this instead of the one provided. Although the one provided is extremely nice compared to the small pumps you'll usually get with a ball purchase. Over all i'm very happy with the Bouy and if my kickboxing carrer does not take off, atleast i'll have a buoy if i ever get a boat.

Full disclosure I didn't want these for a boat. Work great as bumpers, a little difficult to inflate though, I ended up just using an auto inflator because the pump broke after 10 pumps. Ok so I actually used one on the back wall of my garage to keep me from bumping my camper as I pull it in and it works just as intended, is able to take a hit from a camper on a solid steel building wall and just roll it off. I can also see the orange really well in the mirror which is nice. The other one I tied to a rope and hung from a tree and now my dogs play teatherball with it. My 50 lb german shephard will jump, grab it, and swing from the tree by it so I can vouch for the strength of the connection point, it will support a 50lb swinging dog grabbing on full teeth. The rubber is even fairly tough standing up to dog play for 20 minutes or so before popping. The one used as a bumper in my garage is still holding up great. This was a fun experiment in alternative uses for these and I can confirm, they are really tough bumpers. I wish they held their shape more when they do pop. They seem to want to shrink back up to their collapsed shape when popped. I think if you inflated them then let them bake in the sun for a few days, that should re-shape the rubber into its round ball shape and even if these take damage they should still hold a round enough shape to offer some protection even when popped. I am dropping a star because the included pump is garbage, they are difficult to inflate, and I feel like since they include a pump they could have included some rope to tie these off. Little things that would have made the product exceed my expectations just aren't there but I will say the product meets my expectations nicely, and is a fun dog toy if you run out of things to "bump" into.

Great anchor ball! This ball is very sturdy and highly visible. It makes locating the anchor chain easier than endlessly looking into murky water, especially at night. Buoyant enough to not sink with 30 feet of 3/8" chain. The pump that comes with the ball is a nice addition, but is basically useless. It leaks at the connections and is just too small to pump up this ball. I used a compressor and it inflated quickly and has stayed so. So - final thoughts - Great ball, bad pump. But I did not get the ball for its pump! Good product! Go for it!

We ordered this to anker to the middle/bottom of a pond as a reference point, and it does what we need it to do. Once blown up, it floats.The rubber is thick and seems to be solid quality and it does not leak. We did use an auto-inflator rather than a hand pump, which was a faster and easier option, though it was nice that it came with a hand pump.

These bumpers are great to use for anchoring and allows your anchor line location to be visible at all times. Though two are included, I will only use one and keep the other as a backup. The pump is a bit cheesy but I use a powered pump and will rarely need the included hand pump. The quality and price are great and so I highly recommend the company and product.

I got these to use for a use other than their intended use. I race RC Sailboats and we have our course laid out in a lake and this style buoy is used as our course markers. Our current set of buoys are old and some had to be tossed at the end of the last season. I am using one 12-inch buoy for one of the far outer markers.I cannot offer any opinion about it being used as a dock/fender buoy. It is made of thick rubber material. Pretty cool that is came with its own pump. It is easily visible since it is a bright orange color. I have a 24 ft. boat and I use this style buoy when I tie up at a dock other than my own. This buoy will definitely be durable and sturdy. The price point for a 12” buoy is reasonable. Based on my use I recommend the product.

This buoy is a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it! It is made from a very thick vinyl that will last a long time and will resist punctures. I'm using it for a crab trap buoy and gill net marker, but it would also make a very nice boat bumper. The spot where ropes attach is reinforced, making it very strong and will last a long time. I checked to see if it would leave any marks on my boat by rubbing it on the side, and I couldn't make it leave any marks. This thing is just beefy all around and will definitely last a while. It comes with a hand pump that easily inflates the buoy.
