This book’ author is Imada Yosuke, not Ono Jiro
Great little book! However, this book IS NOT by Ono Jiro. This book’s author is Imada Yosuke , the great itamae of famed Ginza Kyubei restaurant.

Scam of an author/seller
most definitely not written by Jiro Ono. Someone is trying to make money by scamming people with the wrong author name. Chef from Ginza Kyubey which is a famous but 2nd or 3rd tier, not top tier sushi restaurant in Tokyo.

This includes the season of the fishes in Japan. More detailed than "the sushi menu book" I purchased.

Amazonのこの本を紹介する「著者をフォローする」と「著者について」の著者名が間違ている。
以前にも指摘したにもかかわらず、いまだに訂正されていない。不正確な情報を掲載し続けることは、Amazonそのものの事業者として問題である。
