Good quality, with a low angle of attack. They seem to lose their edge quite quickly, but I am working with oak.

Good tool once manufacturing faults are rectified
+Extremely heavy duty and strong ,take and hold a razor edge- terrible grinding bevels out of square and backs rounded last couple of mm towards cutting edge -take a lot of work to get right

Chisels ok. Had to spend a while on them sharpening them, out of the packet. I thought they would have been half decent from new.

Erste Handhabung macht Spaß in Höchster Qualität
The media could not be loaded. Mit den Stemmeisen fühlt man sich eins sehr wohl, habe bisher nur Flach ausgestemmt für eine Holzverbindung. Eisen sind sehr schön und von Höchster Qualität. Mit den Griefen hat man einen optimal halt.. Das andere wird die Zeit zeigen.30.AprilIch war jetzt öfter mit ihnen draußen es macht einfach nur Spaß. Schärfe Handling und bei dem 40 mm Beitel die heftige Wuchdichkeit.Ob Feine oder Grobe Arbeiten kein Problem. durch Birke geht er ziemlich leicht durch wie Butter wäre übertrieben aber Birke ist kein Gegner für die Stecheisen. Und egal was ich gemacht schnell Pflegen und Fertig. Beim 40 mm Stechbeitel habe ich selbst gehebelt was nicht machen soll und bei nur Stechbeiteln auch vermeidet das Teil reizt alles auseinander. Ich muss sagen für Feine Arbeiten sind 20, 25 mm Stecheisen eine helle Freude.Pro:- Verarbeitung und Qualität- Handling- Für Feine und Grobe Arbeiten geeignet- Auswechselbarer Kopf so auch mit einem Normalen Hammer verwendbar.- 4 Größen in dem Satz 20,25,32,40 mm- Das 40 mm Stecheisen ist ein Killer ( Selbst Hebeln mit ihm Möglich )- Flache Unterkante gleitet sehr gut durch Holz- Ultra ScharfContra:- Preis- Wie bei Kirschen Stecheisen müssen nach Kauf einmal abgezogen werden.

Sturdy construction chisels, alot of work to flatten and sharpen.
Sturdy chisels with nice design for trimming timber flat. The holsters are useful but I'm not sure how they will last as they feel flimsiest than I expected.Unfortunately despite looking beautiful out of the box (they are coated in some protective film) each chisel took 30+ min to get to semblance of flat and sharp. The 32mm in particular had a long scallop close to one side on the back that took ages to flatten to get a good tip.The steel seems to hold its edge to allow decent working time and I was able to get them more than sharp enough for the rough work I'm doing.
