This is a nice, durable backpack with insulation and room for a laptop. It’s convenient, stylish, roomy, and is of excellent quality. I highly recommend.

I wish it had side pockets but other than that, it is a good backpack.

Perfect for work, outings, whatever you want to throw into it. Beautifully constructed. Solid materials. Cool liner including laptop protection.

Well made and I use it everyday. Had held up well and still looks almost new after several months of use… my only criticism is I wish it had an outside pocket that could accommodate a water bottle or umbrella.

I was initially very pleased with the Herschel Retreat Backpack. The beautiful blue color was exactly what I was looking for, and the overall build quality seemed excellent at first glance. Unfortunately, my positive impression didn't last.After just a few months of regular use, the drawstring started to fray significantly. This has become a major issue, as it now prevents the backpack from fully opening. As a result, my laptop no longer fits, rendering the backpack practically useless for my needs.I reached out to Herschel's customer support for assistance, hoping for a satisfactory resolution. However, they only offered to send a replacement drawstring in a color that didn't match my backpack. This was a disappointing solution that did not address the core problem.Given this experience, I would not purchase this product again. The lack of durability and inadequate customer support make it difficult for me to recommend the Herschel Retreat Backpack.

The brand is known for their distinct style of backpack, so that is one of the perks of getting it. It isn't necessarily that big, so if you have a computer that's pretty large or wide, this would be a bit tight for that. It's comfortable to wear and I typically use it to just carry some small things on a walk, but this definitely could be your daily book bag as long as you don't plan to pack a lot. It would be better if they were a ton more compartments, especially if you want to keep little items separated out, but overall as a bag, it's one of the more fashionable options

Buen producto, me gusta mucho la calidad que tiene la marca en sus productos. Solo que no leí bien y me deje llevar por las imágenes. Pensé que era roja y es naranja 😅. Fuera de eso me gustó.

Comme sur les photos.Manque de poches en revanche ; seulement une petite poche devant et la pochette d’ordi a l’intérieur du sac !

Bello zaino, materiali ok (anche se le cinghie sono in plastica un po’ cheap), capiente il giusto per uno zaino daily.. più estetico che qualitativo ma prodotto ok
