Fairly short shelf life. Serving size is 2 caps. I DO wish they had used the natural form of vitamin E instead of the synthetic version of Vitamin E, but I like the ingredients in the proprietary blend but there is no way to know how many milligrams of each of those.

This is a really nice multi-vitamin that is formulated to help nerves especially. It has a huge range of vitamins including A, C, D3, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and biotin. It has huge number of minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, molybdenum, chroimun and potassium. It also has a good amount of botanical extracts including: licorice root, green tea, bacon, bilberry, grape fruit, grape seed, etc. The 60 capsule bottle will last you a whole month. The capsules are easy to swallow. This is a high quality multi-vitamin that has extra ingredients to help support nerves.

I think this wpuld take at least a month to really evaluate. I can say that after 3 days doses I had not had any adverse issues.Swallows well. No bad odour. No bad after-taste.It's listed as nerve support and the ingredients, based on medical reviews, tend to support that.
