Hocosa Little Kids Organic Wool Long-Underwear Pants

These are my little one’s daily pajamas. Especially great in the winter - temperature regulating and gentle for sensitive skin. I found them too thick to use for base layer under jeans, but perfect base layer under a winter snow suit or rain paints. The fabric was more see-through than I expected, maybe affecting longevity since I like to plan to use wool as hand me downs for more children. But for organic wool, the price is great and my parental confidence in colder months makes these worth it for us. It’s harder to find organic wool for babies in the states so I’m just thankful for an option on Amazon.

This product is a prayer heard. We used to live in a house with low insolation and a lot of breezes. I had to use a lot of layers and eventually my kid was sick every 5 weeks or so. I came across this product and order the bodysuits and pants. I ALREADY BOUGHT 5 AND I have introduced it to many of my friends. The caring for the product is really important. My first set shrank right away! I now use it for my newborn baby but overall this is a great product that can be used for all seasons! They have fun colors and a great investment.

I have a 5 year old boy, in just a few months he'll be 6. He's on the smaller side for height, and average for weight. I got him a size 8. It is perfect to wear for about two years. Because the ankle is tighter it's not a big deal that he has some room in the legs. He''ll grow into them. I also like the the knees are reinforced and thicker. Definitely size up if you don't want to have to shell out close to $100 for pajamas every year. He loves them, says they're very comfortable and they'all be a great base layer for winter outside play and skiing the rest of the season. Oh and if you're worried about staining, don't get the cream haha! My boy stained his top within ten minutes of wearing it...sigh...

Lives up to our expectations as far as wear and fit. Haven't washed them yet-per Hocosa's instructions on website, you only wash them occasionally. On first wear, my daughter found them a little bit itchy but soon got over that. I'm thinking that they may get softer with wear and wash. It has been two weeks and she is still wearing them - they don't smell and she loves the red stripe and the way they feel and keep her warm. I think they are warmer than her Icebreaker Bodyfit 200s - those are however, softer thinner and machine washable. Both have got their merits I think! I love that Hocosa's are so well made and of organic wool. As for fit, she is a 47" tall 7 year old and we got her the size 140, which seem to fit well with just a little extra length and width for her to wear for this and the next winter. We live in the Atlantic Northeast states.

The size 10 pants fit my eight year old in the waist well and was a little long but still wearable. I was pleasantly surprised. He loves wearing this wool underwear pants with the matching wool long underwear shirt as a pajama. This is the only pants he can wear to bed that will not make him sweat. It is soft and comfy. The wool is not itchy to him. He has had this for little over a month and it has not shrunk any, faded in color, and still looks and feels new. I only hand wash it with Laundress Wool and Cashmere shampoo and lay it flat to dry. I hope that the manufacturer would consider making this in a size 18 in boys.

These are a long for my 2.5 year old but scrunch up nicely. I also have the size smaller for him which fit perfectly. He was wearing them everyday under his clothes so I got this second pair in the next size up so they will fit for next winter too. I love when we get home from being out and he can take off his outer pants and be comfortable and play in these cozy woolen leggings. The stripes and the red are both great colors. Also great that wool is "self cleaning" and mainly just need airing out overnight. The few times I've washed them I just do it in cold water in the sink and hang to dry.

I was really excited when I opened these. They’re thin enough to layer, but not so thin that they feel cheap. They’re very soft and don’t feel itchy. My son wore them on a school field trip and loved them. Said they were cozy and kept him “perfect”. My son is tall and thin and the shirt and pants fit true to size.
