Great Customer service I will say that. The seller addressed most of my concerns. It was my first time buying bulk hair online. I do feel that what I received was not as advertised. I ordered the 16” but when I opened the hair to unravel it carefully and slowly I would end up with three sections of hair that would amount to the 16” I don’t think not one strand was over 10”. I measured with a tape measure. I also don’t understand how each package no matter 8” 12” or 16” still weighs the same amount. If all package contain the same amount or volume of hair 1oz why am I paying extra money if it doesn’t come in full 16” strands?

Ordered %30 grey abd got %20 grey the texture is good bout too many uneven length and fly aways.
