I have been using silicone caps for the past 20 years, but I decided to try these lycra caps, and I love them. They are easy to put on and are very comfortable. I have a large head, and these fit great. The caps stay on for a 75 minute swim and are not hot to wear in the sun. They don't keep your hair dry, but they keep hair out of your mouth and eyes. I highly recommend them. They come with nose clips and ear plugs, although I don't use them.

Easy use

Love this swim cap! My last one, made of silicone, was tight on my head and tore after only a few uses. The Lycra is stretchy, but snug fitting, goes on easily, and is comfortable to wear. It also keeps water out of my ears, unlike the other. It does not keep my hair dry (but neither did the silicone) however, it does a great job of keeping my hair out of my way when I swim laps.
