This is well made and and I like that it's totally adjustable.I have lower back damage so unfortunately this didn't really help.It is quite good for posture though and it's good to wear when doing any exercises or moving/lifting things.

I'm trying to find a back support that nails a balance between flexibility and rigidness for my body - often they're a bit too much in size and end up being uncomfortable, especially when going out, so a more flexible and lightweight one seemed worth a shot.It is made very well and the fabric is nice to the touch; it's also flexible and slightly elastic feeling too so it was able to fit me very well. However, it seems that the support is more on the lighter side and it ends up just feeling a bit like wearing something tight with a slight back restriction, but it also seems to loosen over time too so it never felt consistent enough.It wasn't really able to help my back much even if it does promote a better posture, it just didn't have that structural support against my back that felt soothing. It might be worth a shot for you if you wanted something to help your posture without a bulky back support, but you also did not suffer from back pain.

I used it while going gym, it helped me to keep my posture and relived form pain. It fit all sizes and good design to fit around your waist. Great vale of money and a recommend from me. Very strong and sturdy material, helps to keep a healthy posture. Can be used at home daily to help with the pelvis itself. Great stretchy material making it comfortable to wear even for long periods of time.

After buying several support belts that worked but not comfortably I came across this one! Thin and very comfy to wear...have bought for family members who agree it's a great support. If you have any back issues I recommend you try this belt. I wear it everyday.

Probabilmente ci sono fasce con un supporto più forte. Ma per le mie esigenze è perfetta.Da qualche mese ho un fastidio alla zona lombare, cercavo un supporto x quando devo fare lavori “pesanti”.Per me funziona molto bene. Sottile, quasi invisibile, non da fastidio quando indossata
