As a person with a severe deviated septum and can’t afford surgery - this is amazing.

My nose is crooked so that one side's nostril has a narrow opening. I consistently feel like can;t get air through it, and I find it hard not to breathe through my mouth even when doing just brisk walking. After beginning to run regularly, I was looking for something to address my breathing problem. Between these dilators and nasal strips, I found these to be the better solution. Both products helped me to get much more air through my nose, but strips came off half the time. These dilators are more reliable than the sticky strips, and comfortable enough to wear for the duration of a race or a daily run. I'm going to buy a second one just to have another set around.

I could not handle this in my nose for any amount of time. My nose is small and this was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend purchasing this.

I wear breathing strips to sleep due to my constant allergies that swell my nose at night and those work pretty well for during the day. I prefer these for day wear since I wear makeup and this won’t take it off

It goes to one side while in the nostrils. I was hoping it would keep my nostrils open but one side continues to be stopped up.

This tended to fall out when I ran and didn’t open the airway as good as the nasal strips. Comfort was fine but not functional. I only used it for running.

The media could not be loaded. oh my gosh, absolutely amazing changed my life been able to breathe. I used it at the gym and I used it when I go to sleep or even when I have a cold and it’s just absolutely amazing.

They spread my nostrils open but hurt. I probably need to find a smaller device.
