No instruction manual is included.
I was unhappy there wasn't an instruction manual included and a little surprised that the watch was already set when i took it from the box. Not sure how long it's been using up battery life. I did find the time was off by an hour and the date off by 5 days. Here is when an instruction manual would come in handy because I haven't any clue on how to fix the date or how to remove a link or two for proper fit.The watch itself is beautiful.
