Fit onto my tap very quickly and easily, and very quickly and easily. Everything works well and it adds lots of functionality immediately.It generally works fine, however, the water rate is reduced once attached. The bristles on the brush are thick solid rubber, so very stiff and probably better off scrubbing pans than as a shower attachment. It also doesn't look great, everything being plastic, so better used somewhere that's not on display.For the price, it's pretty good.

Having seen these on TikTok a few times I thought I’d give it a go. It comes with a lot of additional bits and pieces in the box for fitting the thread of your tap if required, as well as a mount for the shower head.It took about 5 minutes to install which I did without any tools. Just make sure to use the washer provided in the box. I hand tightened - I don’t really think it’s necessary to use a spanner for this.The main unit attaching to the tap is made of chrome but the adjustment handle and shower head are both plastic and do feel a little cheaply made.There is a little spout for washing your face which pulls out from the side to be used and to use the shower you turn the lever on the front. One negative I did notice is because of its internal valves, it does decrease your water pressure a little bit.It works really quite well and is ideal for a quick freshen up at the sink.
