Assembly instruction were terrible, but I figured it out. Otherwise it suits what I needed.

Very disappointed in this product. Purchased 2 and the assembly is ok with very limited directions - basically only vague pictures. The sturdiness was an issue since this was going to go in our garage with heavy items on it. Didn't trust its ability to hold these heavy items. When processing the return on this item there was no mention about a restocking fee or shipping fee (a return shipping label was emailed to me) until several days later which then the products were already sent back via UPS. Restocking fee was $7.28 and the return shipping fee was $57.94. These fees should be disclosed before or during the request to return product and get a refund. I could have just sold them myself and got full price but instead I lost out $60.00.

Had to replace some old mismatched shelves in our small laundryroom. I bought some utility hooks and zip tied a small particle board to one side to hang our swifter, duster, broom, and mop. So far it's sturdy and wish it was taller, but the depth/width was perfect for our small laundryroom. I was able to fit small shop wet dry vac on the bottom shelf and yes it's on wheels. That vac often prevented us from being able to stand directly in front of our stackable washer dryer, so I love the shelf. The rubber mallet included was useful, but atleast on two shelves we struggled to get into place and make shelf completely flat. Once I put items on the shelf, the weight must have helped slide shelves into place.

I wanted the vertical shelving. The biggest problem I found is the assembly. There are 8 vertical bars, 4 on the bottom half and then 4 on the top.The way they make you connect the top and bottom bars is absurd, and very frustrating. They provided 4 silver coupling cylinders, but no direction on how to use them.It was a PITA to set up, but it is sturdy and fulfills my need.Also, you will need a rubber mallet to set the horizontal bars.

This rack is similar in construction to two other brands I’ve bought. The only disappointment is in how the vertical pieces are coupled together. I had to use superglue to make sure they didn’t come apart.
