Very hard & uncomfortable.
I have used memory foam pillows for several years, due to a cervical injury. I ordered this pillow due to the good reviews. However, it is so hard, I am finding it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and I am waking every morning with severe neck pain and a headache. Complete waste of money.

Perfect balance of comfort AND support
This pillow is even better than the one I already have: I bought this as a travel pillow and will use this one at home and travel with my old ergonomic pillow! So superior I just bought a third one to leave at my Auntie’s home for when I visit a few times each year
