I charged both batteries fully, put the first one into the camera, it won't turn on. Attepted to switch batteries but you can't open the battery compartment because the spring appears too weak, the catch opens but I needed to get a knife to catch a corner to open it. Switched batteries, still dead. Quick return-here less than 24 hours.

Cheap, bad quality photos, not as advertised
