Very efficient. Cleans my retainers and mouthguard, very well. There are setting from 180 second to over 400. I accidentally hit higher settings a few times, but the 180 second is really all I need. Works great. Love the small size. Can leave it out to use daily.

I recently started using clean aligners to help straighten my teeth and hated how nasty they were at the end of the day. It was always a hassle to brush them clean with a tooth brush every night, making sure to get every area. Now with this, I can clean my aligners at the same time as I brush and floss. It is super easy to use and fast. It is small and sleek so it sits in my bathroom when not in use. All you do is put your aligners in, fill with water, and push a button. You may have to run it twice depending on how bad your aligners were but it cleans well, even though it’s just using water. Great time saver and worth the money.

Works well, I think. I have a crusty retainer and it's still has buildup, but it's probably because they're very old. I feel better about using this to clean it rather than scrubbing with toothpaste though. Cleans jewelry too.

I purchased this to clean my night guard that I have had for 2 years. Despite other cleaning methods it had a lot of build up on it. This device cleaned off a good majority of it! I wasn't expecting perfection, but was pleasantly pleased with the results! I'm excited to get a new night guard and use this device as a daily maintenance to keep it looking great and free of build up.It's very straightforward and easy to use and it is a fast process that I just push a button and it does its thing.

I'm so beyond disappointed. The ultrasonic vibration stopped working after a couple months. And it's past the point where I can exchange. I got this from My Son to clean his retainers, it was an investment and stopped working.

I got this for my girlfriend because I hate how gross her retainer is even after soaking in cleaner. This works great and the retainer looks so much better. I haven’t tried it, but I think it’s cool that you can clean jewelry with it as well.

While it was working it was fairly effective but it stopped working after o my two months; first making a lot more noise then shorting out entirely. It is meant to be dual voltage but I’m not sure that’s accurate.
