I am a huge fan of Givol! The brand has been a huge game changer for me! I had food allergies and Givol really cares about their ingredients, labeling and customer service. I very much appreciated Givol!

I often take L-theanine along with coffee, and being able to take it in spray form as opposed to caplets (which require finding something other than freshly brewed coffee, which really ruins the mood) is a pleasant change. Unfortunately, it requires a number of pumps, which isn't difficult to do - but does make me wish it were a bit more concentrated, because that might make it competitive with other forms of L-theanine in terms of pricing, because while this form is easier to ingest, you are paying a premium for it. If you're OK with that, this product worked well and I didn't have any problems with the sprayer throughout use of the entire bottle.

I deal with a lot of anxiety, so I was hoping this product could provide me with some natural relief. I have the bottle at my desk at work and take the suggested dosage each morning. I think perhaps it does take a bit of an edge off of my nerves, and with time, I hope to see additional benefits. It doesn't necessarily make me feel relaxed though so I don't know how it would help me sleep. Fortunately, the pleasant peach taste is enjoyable enough to continue trying it. At the very least, I look forward to taking it and will finish out the bottle before making a final determination on whether it is worthwhile getting again.

I never thought of how much of a pain (albeit minor) it was to find something to wash a pill down with every time you needed to take one, until I got this. I can just pick it up, spray, put it down, and move on. You do have to spray it 8 times, which is slightly inconvenient, but the taste is good, so I don't mind too much. The packaging is lovely, one of the best I've seen in terms of simplicity and eco-friendliness! The QR code printed on it seems to be expired though. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I take this before bed with my melatonin and it works very well to relax me! I also sometimes take a spray before a nap just to help me relax. It also tastes great even though the flavor is natural! It's a light peach taste that isn't overwhelming. I also like that it is sugar free and gluten free. This particular spray is quite expensive but it's a good value for mostly natural ingredients (besides calcium citrate) and natural flavor. It also doesn't have calcium in it like it claims so that's a bummer. Otherwise it's great and I would have given it five stars!

This seems like a great way to quickly get a supplement into the blood stream. You just spray it your mouth, and it tastes very nice! To me, it is wise to take extra vitamin C. It is said by some that L-Theanine promotes relaxation, and anything that might help me sleep well is definitely of interest to me, so of course I'm pleased to have this spray! Bottom line in my book is that the ingredients are top notch and vegan, the flavor is pleasant, it's easy to take, and it will very possibly do me some good, so what's not to like?

This is a peach-flavored spray with L-Theanine, Vitamin C, and peach extract.The taste is quite good.The directions state 8 sprays sublingually, once per day. This is an easy to accomplish dose.The supplement is made in the USA, sugar free and gluten free.I have experienced no negative effects and find it rather pleasant to take. I like that it's in a glass bottle and I like that it is simple to administer and it's a relatively small dose. I had been concerned about the "sublingual" part (how do you spray under your tongue?) but it hasn't been an issue.That said, I wish they'd update their online videos (the only video is for another product) and description, which says this: "Our liquid Calcium Citrate is yeast free, dairy free, egg free, gluten free, wheat free, sugarfree, starch free. Contains no unnatural preservatives, artificial color, flavor or fragrance!" It may well be the case that their calcium citrate is all of these things, but I had a moment's pause when reading it because I can't take calcium in the morning due to interactions with other things I take. So I worried for a bit until I verified that this --L-Theanine-- does not, in fact, have calcium in it. Docking one star for sloppy listings and info.
