Z650 Motorcycle Radiator Grille Grill Guard Protective Cover Grill For Kawasaki Z650 2017 2018

Like others have already mentioned, this component performs outside of its price range. It went on a 2017 Kawasaki Z650, and that radiator like many bikes is fully exposed at the front of the bike without anything in front of the delicate fins. Even Kawasaki sells an optional grill protector...shame on them for not providing one stock. Only difference for me was the addition of rubber grommets/washers and nylock nuts to provide a little vibration damping for the long term...maybe not necessary, but easily added to the hardware for little money. Looks like a factory item when installed.

Fits great, looks good, should protect the radiator without affecting cooling.The only issue was that the hardware mine came with will not fit, not a huge deal but a little annoying. Also, the foam strips it comes with don't appear to be necessary for installation on a Z650.

Product does what its supposed to do, providing protection for your radiator. Material seems sturdy, but paint scratches. Came with nuts and bolts to install and fitment was fairly easy. You will need a 10mm combination wrench and a 4mm allen key. I used the star method to make sure all the bolts went in properly.

Gaurd itself is good. The paint will definitely scratch over time. Hardware was provided, but the bolts are extremely long. I had to put the nut on the front so you can see the bolts from the front of the gaurd. Also, I believe the hardware will rust pretty quickly. For $40 not a bad deal, but dont expect perfection.

Looks great and gives your radiator a little extra protection. This is a good first piece if you’re starting mods. Super easy to install, good quality material and design.

Looks great! Fits pretty clean. Serves its purpose. Only reason for 4 stars is that it is a little heavy and if you care about weight reduction, it’s not what you’re looking for. Overall, good quality metal.
