The media could not be loaded. I needed this neck stretcher for my dizziness due to my uncomfortable pillow, I found some massages and tried them too but this was good, 10 minutes a day really helped! It can be used both ways which ever suits you best. Made from a good durable material. Definitely value for money, that's why I bought it! Helps with shoulder pain as I think they are all related.

Purchased this product with the hope that it would help relieve neck tension, help with posture and get rid of “tech neck”.However this product did not come with instructions on how to use, and I found it to be extremely uncomfortable and painful when using it. I had to search online for how to use it correctly, and found that it was not worth the discomfort to continue using.I have heard good things about this product, unfortunately it just wasn’t for me
