In the description it said it was 45db noise reduction but when I got it the box said 31db. They do git great and work to about 31db. Unfortunately my husbands snoring is louder than that

These silicone earplugs are easy to plug in ears and they do not give you ear pains. It won’t fall out if you’re doing exercises or anything. It stays comfortably and it keeps your ear breathable. Plugged it in on subway and bus and surprisingly it blocked out most of the noise. It is also easy to clean and The only thing is that it’s small so just make sure to put back in the storage box that comes with it for next time use.

Terrible. Very uncomfortable, difficult to get into position, and they don’t block the sounds much. In fact the shape of the cup and the way they sit in the ear seems to ADD more sound. If I’m not getting them in right … then they are too difficult to get into position. Terrible. Also they say they are for sleeping? If you are side sleeper and sleep on these they are painful. You’re better off with the free earplugs they give out on airplanes.
