Gracious Living2-Pack XL Storage Shelving, Heavy-Duty Knect-A-Shelf, 4 Shelves, Black

This is a great shelving unit. It's sturdy, easy to put together and holds a lot of weight. I bought two for my garage a month ago and just bought a third for our storage room.

These shelves are very easy to assemble. I put them inside a hall closet which gives me so much more storage space. I love that they are deep and can hold multiple heavy objects.

It's looks strong and sturdy I haven't put anything on it yet though, but I plan on using it for water and soda just drinks in general in living room next to our 2nd fridge. I would give 5 stars the only reason I gave 4 stars is because it comes with the wall brackets but it doesn't come with any hardware for the brackets and I don't know what size screws or wall mounts I need for it. But my mom says she'll bring some different size mounts and screws home from work and we'll figure it out from there but that's my only issue with it is no hardware. It also didn't come with instructions but assembly is pretty self explanatory anyways for anyone with common sense hahaha 😆.

While the shipping time was great, ordered Tuesday and arrived Thursday, the shipping needs to be better. Two of the shelves arrived cracked and the whole shelf is full of dirt that I need to clean. I don't believe the cracks are an issue structurally, but I guess I'll see in the long run. It is just disappointing to ordered an relatively expensive shelf for it to arrive in such awful shape...Will update on how it holds up.

Arrived on time, well made, sturdy and strong. Easy to put together. That said, I ordered 2 more sets two days later and much to my surprise the cost increased most likely due to the floods nation wide in the midwest. How disappointing to see a company capitalize on the pain and suffering of those of us who had flooded basements and homes.

I attempted to report an issue with shelves that arrived damaged through amazon, which gave me the phone number to contact Gracious Living direct. I called the number two weeks in a row and left a message and my cell, and they just don't even respond. I'm not really sure why amazon even bothers to give you the support number if the company is just going to ignore messages.I ordered a pack of 4 of these 36" x 24" x 56.25" shelves. Two of the packs were damaged. When you buy a 4-pack it appears they just ship individually with not real boxing or protection. the shelves are exposed. But all 4 were delivered from the same FedEx truck.The delivery driver took note of the damage and took their own pictures of the damage. I had the option to refuse delivery, but in general for amazon purchases the customer service is very good, so I took a chance and decided to follow up with customer service myself.In this case, customer service is non-existent. Amazon gives you a number of the manufacturer to call to get service, but messages left to that number are never replied to.Out of the 4 sets of shelves, 2 were 100% completely fine, so I set them up. Of the two damaged units, one of them wasn't too bad so I went ahead and ended up setting it up as well, since the cracked part wasn't easy to see if you weren't looking for it.Now I'm left with the last set of shelves. There are 4 physical shelves in the pack and 2 are pretty damaged. So 50% of that last pack is usable to put shelves together.It looks like I'll never get support to replace the broken shelves, making my overall purchase price for the 2 good and 1 "okay" set of shelves.Sadly, I do like the design, sizes, sturdiness, and ease of assembly of these shelves, so I will probably buy more in the future, but this time knowing that it is a gamble whether they will be delivered intact.In the pictures I will show the 3 that I assembled, which includes one with minor damage, as well as the damaged one, which remains unopened. In the last picture I show an 18" deep variation of these shelves that I also bought.
