Pretty simple but fun
The mat comes with six keys/buttons to step on. They are all very responsive and register your input well. When the keys on the pad light up, corresponding small lights below the digital display also light up, so you can just look ahead and play as well.It takes four AA batteries, and the manual asks you to use non-chargeable batteries. I suppose the output voltage should be consistently high for it to operate normally.Bluetooth pairing was a breeze, and there was no issue at all in it detecting whether a music is being played on the connected device or not. Having a Bluetooth connection and that you can play any music you like really elevates the game.Maybe one day this will get even better as to work with a display and an app to make it smarter.The only thing I do not like about this device is the constant humming noise coming out of it as soon as you power it on. Music will override it and you won't notice it as much but it is pretty annoying in my experience and I couldn't find any way to stop it.

The item is defective and because the window retuned already pass, Amazon is not doing anything and the seller doesn’t respond

A good dance mat, that easily senses the inputs. Was disappointed the language selection didn't include Spanish, as I had wrongly assumed and bought for my nephew whose family predominantly speaks spanish. Includes English, Russian and German languages.
