Fantastic!
We have been considering pasta alternatives, but I worry that my husband doesn't like the texture of most. This was positively silky and functioned as a "regular" semolina or white flour would, but was a more filling. Can't speak to the taste without sauce, but it was especially flavorful with a shallot-tomato reduction made from a NYT recipe. Back for more!
