Have been using this product for several years. One small cup of powder (cup included), add some frozen fruit, cold water (or your favored milk) and blend it into a great break breakfast protein shake to start your day. Curbs my appetite for morning snacks!

Great nutrition, great flavor and great product!

I've tried many different protein shake mixes and found Vega One to be the best for me. It keeps me full until lunchtime. It tastes good and my body seems to really like the vitamins and other ingredients. It does not mix well, so I always use a blender to mix. Otherwise, it is a perfect shake for a meal replacement!

I looove the product as shown, however they changed their packaging and content and I do not like the updated powder at ALL. I had used the old powder almost every single day while lifting heavy and had great results, plus loved the flavor (despite what some other people are saying!!) and I never had the mixing issue some are describing (I literally just mix it with water in a blender bottle and get a homogenous mix). Shouldn’t have fixed what wasn’t broken :( I’ll be searching for another protein powder to replace this every day mix :/ It was a good run Vega.

I like it tastes just like a smoothie

Good ingredients, organic, non-gmo, great flavor!

I purchased based on recommendation from a friend. The mix is VERY chalky and does not mix well at all!! I have tried mixed in with smoothies (mixes better this way) but still leaves a chalky residue in your mouth. When mixed with any liquid (water or milk), you have to shake it after every drink and there is still a decent amount of powder at the bottom of the shaker bottle. To top it off- Amazon stated this item did not qualify for return. I bought two flavors and wanted to return the unopened flavor- but it was not eligible.

While I didn’t order this on amazon (I bought the same one at GNC in a larger size), I wanted to review it because it was so good! I don’t know much about protein powder, I just wanted to implement more protein into my diet with good ingredients.First of all, you can bake with it! I made protein pancakes with one scoop of this, two eggs, and one banana and they were absolutely delicious! It fills me up without bloating me. I know I won’t be hungry until dinner time!I’m not as picky as other people are when it comes to food so I thought the taste was great.
