A good balance of heat, sweetness, and acidity. Not overly spicy due to the fruit being the first ingredient, with a nice hint of grapefruit flavour. I bought 5 fruit & habanero sauces on Amazon and this was my favorite of the bunch.

Perfect amount of flavor and heat
For anyone who loves some spice in their food and just the right amount of heat....this is your baby. I am a big fan of Caribbean hot sauces because of their primary use of fruit as the base. So I tried this one. This one has a wonderful citrus flavor but with a very nice kick to it. It has heat but NOT TOO MUCH. I liked it so much I bought a second bottle for myself and one for my son in law who also likes to have a nice subtle heat flavor to food.

Decent but ok
It’s not bad. I’m a massive chilli lover. Some of the reviews love it, I neither love it nor hate it, it’s ok in burgers I guess but haven’t found much use for it in any other food yet.
