It can transform into all 3 modes but requires some parts changes like the cockpit, air intakes, or a cover for the top of battroid mode.

Q: Is this a full model? or do you have to build/assemble? Basically, is this a jigsaw puzzle or an Action figure?

It’s an action figure not a model.. I just bought one. You can interchange certain parts. Very nice looking but somewhat delicate especially when transforming between fighter, battroid and gerwalk modes.

Q: What is the scale of the model? 1/60? 1/48? Something else?

This model is roughly 1/100 scale

Q: How durable is this figure?

Between a toy and a model...meaning not as tough as a children's toy but tougher then a static model. Like an old transformer toy. Body is rugged and well built, smaller add on pieces have a tendency to fall off if played with.
