The package arrived in perfect condition, and we managed to put it together in just 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making the assembly process a breeze.Once assembled, the scooter was incredibly easy to use. My father-in-law found it very enjoyable to ride. The red color we chose looks fantastic, with an excellent shape and appearance. The scooter functions flawlessly, and the quality of the materials used is impressively high. Each battery charge lasts for long hours, ensuring extended use without frequent recharging.This scooter has significantly improved my father-in-law's mobility and independence. THE Scooter is great, smooth ride, really pretty fast, stops great. Comfortable and battery length is very impressive. Had a question for seller, he responded on a VERY timely manner. When buying an expensive item online to know that the seller is good make a difference in my decision if I am on the fence. I definitely recommend this seller!

This is a very nice scooter. The light is bright, and has good coverage. The speed is top notch, not to slow, lightweight and affordable. The ride is smooth. I have to fight the grandkids off so I can ride it to check my mail. The noise is very quiet. The color is nice and bright. The size is pretty great too!!!

The scooter will not work correctly! The company the sold this unit is from China and does not honor its return or replacement policy. Do not be scammed by this.

I liked this scooter because it’s small and manageable I can control the speed, the noise level is low and it’s sturdy! The design and comfort is excellent! Overall in my opinion a great scooter!

At the time this mobility scooter was the most affordable for what we were looking for. We took this scooter to Disney World and it worked well for several miles/hours in the park! It is a bit on the smaller end (my dad is 5’ 8” and about 220 lbs), though the plus side is it does fit in my parents SUV.

I am 80 years old and after reading the instructions and watching the product support video, I assembled it myself. After charging it per instructions, it rides smoothly and I am at ease in driving my scooter. So far, I'm very satisfied with my scooter purchase.

I love The scooter! It’s been very convenient to ride in the house I live on a ranch and it also does go outside and it runs perfectly last a long time on the charge The seating height is perfect to drive around and turn on and off lights, get things out of the fridge etc. it’s perfectly designed
