Best Value and Works Well..
Bought five of these for our new home. The work very well and are quiet on the low to medium settings. A little bit noisy on Hi settings but totally normal. Like most mini splits they are kind of ugly. I wish this brand would make recessed units that don't hang on the wall. The only issue I have had is that one of our five outdoor fan units and makes a lot of noise. I need to take it apart and tighten all of the screws and hardware to keep it from vibrating. Note. You we likely need a licensed HVAC sub to charge the line sets. Especially if you have to customize and braze any of the connections.

Good mini splits
I used 8 of these 9000 BTU units and 4 12000 BTU units on my four-unit apartment building to replace and abandon my central heating systems. I'm very happy with the value and performance of these units. I have not enabled the WiFi capability on these but the remote controls do the job.

Good product
First a have to mention that I'm a HVAC guy and I've done several mini split. This product really is very easy to install regardless the experience on HVAC. The indoor bracket match perfectly whit the unit, no hassle, at all, easily doable for one person. Very quiet, not heavy at all, gloss black look beautiful and perform pretty good. The only problem for now is, the app does not work. So it needs to be controlled by the remote

Highly recommend. Excellent product.
Would give 10 stars. I waited to review this as I was so happy and I still love it. VERY quiet inside and out. Went through a hurricane with no issues. App. Works great with Alexa and by itself. Better than I expected. I had it professionally installed and installer was impressed as well.

The ONLY MiniSplit system I will buy
I had a ROVSUN for years, since 2017 when they began. I decided to live the RV Life before the pandemic and in doing so, its key to avoid mold issues and much healthier to replace the RV AC's with a small minisplit system. I researched and found ROVSUN. Their 9000 BTU was just the right size made smaller and they made it in black which was gorgeous. My ROVSUN never failed me. When Florida began to get the Cat 4 hurricanes I lost my trailer home. Did you know that my ROVSUN Minisplit system STILL WORKED! But after a few tragic storms it was time to get a new one. And here is why I will only buy from this company.... I ordered my faithful ROVSUN and the compressor was delivered (they always deliver in two parts) and I was here to receive it but when the second part (the wall unit) was delivered, sadly Hurricane Milton was on its way and we all had to evacuate.Luckily I was able to take the compressor I received to safety but I was not here to receive the wall unit when it was delivered 2 days before Milton devastated us (because we were forced to evacuate!) Hurricane Milton came and it not only swept away my ROVSUN wall unit but it flooded my trailer home! We never found the wall unit when we returned. Just to show you how much integrity ROVSUN has, 2 months AFTER the hurricane when I was able to replace my trailer and I did not expect to ever have the wall unit replaced since it was delivered before the storm... I contacted them because it was time to install my ROVSUN compressor and I was missing the wall unit. YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT AS COMPANIES NEVER DO THIS... THEY DID NOT MAKE ME BUY A NEW ONE... THEY REPLACED THE WALL UNIT THAT FLOATED AWAY FOR FREE!!!! No one does that! Their representatives did not say "sorry we delivered it, not our problem..." INSTEAD they said "How can we help?" When I provided the proof of what happened, they said, "We are sending you a replacement for free." (I nearly fell off my chair.) Interestingly enough, when I had to live without the ROVSUN and my new trailer that came with the usual AC system that ives on the roof was being used, it DID NOT TAKE AWAY the humidity and I began to have issues with breathing because the mold is able to develop when the humidity is not kept under 55%. (Just so you know, my ROVSUN always kept the humidity at 45% or less and I never had mold issues when I had my ROVSUN.) And THAT is why you buy a minisplit system... to have consistent cooling, without condensation or humidity. Our health is all we have in the end and I will ONLY trust mine to ROVSUN. So a special "Thank you" to the people at ROVSUN, not only for having such integrity and for genuinely caring about their customers but for making a product that keeps me and my family healthy and works, even after hurricanes! : )

Getting a E9 error code
I just installed the unit and was running the test that the manual instructed where you ran and heat mode and air conditioner mode for eight minutes.I ran the heat test first and after about 4 to 5 minutes, give me the error code E9.When I turned the AC unit on for the first time, the fan came on and was blowing. But when I did switch it to heat mode to the initiate the test, hardly any air was moving. I thought that it needed to cycle from cold to heat and the fan would kick on but it did not. After I turned off the unit, because of the E9 code, I did power it back on in cold air mode. And the fan was blowing as it should.I looked up the code, but it seems like this units 89 code varies from most other manufacturers, so there’s not much information in the book supplied with the unit the code says outdoor IPM module fault.I have sent a message to the company through Amazon. I hope I receive some help.
