La-Z-Boy Anderson PowerReclineXR Reclina-Rocker Recliner, Sand

Lasted less than a month before parts started breaking off and flying out from underneath it.Second item arrived damaged. Box was opened on both sides. They still haven't even picked up the first. Customer service was rude and refused to get either one.

Very happy with this purchase for our elderly parents. They were having issues with pulling the handles on their old la-z-boy's to recline and this new electric push button serves them well. Comfy and not too large for their small space. Easy to set up within 5 minutes and the material is plush and soft. Independent adjustments, as in the feet can be elevated with out reclining the back and they are also rockers. The only thing I would have liked better was if it actually had a remote so they could see which buttons they are pushing. A small learning curve there but I'm sure they will figure it out quickly. Also, there is no battery back up with these so if the power goes out..I hope they are in a comfy position till the power comes back on. In a perfect world..la-z-boy would have addressed those two things. Even so, they are thrilled with their new chairs.

Product arrived scratched and damaged, and it has something loose as the chair shifts when using the automatic buttons. Not the quality I remember from my other lazy boy purchases in the past years. I am disabled and could not package it up to return, or pay the cost to ship it back.

Back locking difficult to perform, very tight mechanism . Fabric has wrinkles on left outside seat. Otherwise a comfortable fit for smaller person. Would recommend the Amazon price , quality and prompt delivery. .

Did not like very much about the chairs if it was easy to return I would have. Very disappointed in the quality.

It's mechanism to raise and lower the foot rest is made out of plastic and broke and the cushion has become a bit hard. Not great value for the money.

I replaced a large La-Z-Boy that was originally purchased for my 6' husband. The Anderson takes up less room and fitsmy body much better. It is not as plush as the old one but that suits me fine. Although I have purchased other recliners over the years La-Z-Boy is my go to brand. They are definitely worth the money. I've never had one that actually wore out and that is saying a lot. I am almost 82 years old.

Item is just ok. Replacing another LB recliner. This one is smaller and made cheaper forabout the same price we paid just 3years ago. If you want a LB recliner, then go to a showroom. This is just a cheap line they made for Amazon
