No side effects. Not sure how effective this suppliment is in the ongoing battle of PCOS symptoms thus far, but I'll finish the bottle and see how I feel in one or two months not taking them and then decide whether to start it back up.

These are definitely very fresh tasting.

But, it does seem to reduce body odor (not that I was extremely stink before). I like the scent of the spearmint. The bigs aren't too big to swallow.

I don't have this condition but I do have a related one and acne. I take these capsules as part of a new wellness practice I've created for myself. I do this because I am curious how the supplement will perfrom based on it's written description, and because I also use the tea this brand makes as well. I won't comment on the efficacy of this product at this time; suffice to say I take it because of the description written on the bottle, my level of familiarity with the brand, and my level of comfort/confidence in this product. I will say, if you use the tea but don't enjoy the texture or taste, this is the capsule version and it might be an easier way for you to try out this formula assuming you don't have issues with taking capsules.

These capsules are super minty! I am not sure if one opened in my bottle or they are just naturally minty but prepare for some serious mint! No idea if they actually do anything for your hormones but you can certainly use them as mints if all else fails!

I am really excited about these spearmint capsules. There are 100 capsules in the bottle so this will last me a very long time. The recommended dose is 2 capsules, once daily preferably with food. I am going to be using this product for multiple purposes. I like to keep spearmint around so that I can take it when I have stomach issues. I feel like it calms an upset stomach. This is a relatively pure product and the only other ingredient (besides the capsule) is rice flour. Both spearmint and rice flour can be beneficial when applied to the skin. I will be using some of the capsules in my diy skincare recipes. I use many of my oral supplements in this manner as long as they are pure, like this product. I just open a few capsules and utilize the contents. I make masks, infused oils, or add them directly into the recipe depending on the product. I haven't decided how I want to use this yet but it smells so fresh and minty, its very nice. In the meantime, I feel good knowing that I have this around for when I don't feel well, which happens quite frequently.

These spearmint capsules are a good alternative to spearmint tea and have a lot of benefits. I have seen improvement in my health after using these for a few weeks and have not had any bad side effects. They smell fresh and taste like spearmint and don't upset my stomach. Great product!

First to explain, I can’t give complete information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins take a while to take effect. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking. There’s always a plus when you get more than a month’s supply, though. Almost 2 months.I love spearmint so this is a nice product already. You can smell the mint. It’s great to keep you awake, better for you than coffee. Also vegan.Would recommend.
