Keep moving.
As an 80 +, disabled with Arthritis. I find this very useful keeping my legs moving, I’m unable to walk very far, so this helps with the exercise and was not expensive.

how long will it last?
one would have expected an exercise machine to have lasted more than a couple of months. This is poor quality and should have been thoroughly tested. I am aware that the return window has closed, but Amazon's reputation is questionable.

Excellent
Works well, easy instructions quick to put together, needs to be on a carpet to prevent moving. Same as one I used in hospital

Could do with a Hot Warning.....
I used it for about 5mins and picked it up to move it and burnt my fingers, nothing serious. The centre part builds friction and gets hot. It seems obvious but i wasn't thinking.It's a very basic machine but i just need it for the leg movement, i'm not trying to build muscle, burn calories or anything so it does the job.
