I've used the formula in a few different colours with different levels of opacity and sheerness. sheer formulas are more difficult to work with but if you float the brush, do two coats, wrap the nail on all coats and use the corect top coat, this will last until grow out! The sheer formula needs 3 coats or a well floated (loaded brush and quick application) fairy tailor is what I am basing this on.opaque formulas are 2 coats when floating and 3 if you apply sparingly, my most used formula is 130 touched up, take me to thread and many others. i have even mixed my own colours and used bad bottle brushes and still got pretty good results.I've tried original essie, opi, holo tacho, CND, loads of drug store and this is my holy grail

Ordered on the strength of the great reviews. But, I didn't find that it lasted any longer than a cheap alternative nail polish. I even used the Essie base and top coat. It started to flake and chip within a few days. Dragged easily on application, despite applying thin coats. Won't be buying Essie again.

I live this colour, it's kind of grey with little gold lights in it,and it looks gorgeous on,but I always use a base coat first,then 2 coats of polish,then essie Gel Top Coat on top.As long as I do that my nails look good for at least a week,whatever I do.essie is my absolute favourite brand,and I'd definitely recommend this.

This Essie Gel couture polish is a grey / silver/ shimmer, it has lots of shimmer and its very translucent.You need several coats of you want to achieve a solid colour.Quick drying, long lasting and easy to apply

There is 13.5 ml in the bottle. It comes in the normal essie twist design bottle.Application.It is easy to apply and dries evenly.Durability.I did my nails in the morning and worked during the day and it did not chip or scratch. It seems very durable and resistant to the rigours of daily life. I had my hands in water a lot and that did not seem to matter.Overall.A nice finish which is quite durable and the colour range is very good. I liked this very much.

Nice metallic colour, Applies well and evenly. Lasts well.No complaints at all.

Jolie teinte mais déçue, il n'a aucune tenue, au bout de 2 jours il s'écaillait déjà. Je l'ai appliqué juste en deux couches, sans faire une manucure pro avec base coat + 2 couches de vernis + top coat.J'ai des vernis d'autres marques, beaucoup moins cher, qui tiennent au moins 10 jours sans s'écailler avec seulement deux couches de vernis. Je ne rachèterai pas.

Ich trage diesen Nagellack als Mann und ich liebe ihn!Ein super Nagellack für den Alltag. Gold ist schön gender neutral (soweit das bei Nagellack möglich ist ;-)und passt zu allen Outfits und bringt einfach ein bisschen Glamour in die Bude.Hab bis jetzt zu diesem Nagellack nur positives Feedback bekommen.Was ich toll finde:1) Super einfach aufzutragen. Normalerweise finde ich Nagellack mit Metallic immer sehr schwer aufzutragen, weil er so schnell klumpt und ungleichmäßig wird. Dieser hier ist schön flüssig und hat eine super gleichmäßige Konsistenz, was es echt leicht macht ihn aufzutragen.2) Er hält ewig. Ich mache es so wie von Essie angegeben – also kein Basecoat sonder direkt 2 Schichten von dem Nagellack und dann der dazu passende Topcoat und 14 Tage sind je nach Beanspruchung überhaupt kein Problem. Auf den Füßen hält er sogar noch viel länger.3) Super Finish – Das ich die Farbe liebe hab ich ja schon geschrieben, aber auch das Finish der Oberfläche ist super. Schön hart und gleichmäßig, sodass bei längeren Nägeln der Nagel auch schön gestärkt wird und eine saubere angenehm anzusehende und angenehm zu berührende glatte Oberfläche entsteht.4) Die Farbe – Ich find die Farbe eh schon einfach hammergeil, aber zusätzlich sehr schön ist, dass sie auch so unterschiedlich ist, je nach Licht. Von richtig sattem Gold bei Sonnenschein über mehr oder weniger fast hautfarben, bei gedimmterem Licht bis hin zu einem wunderschönen Kupferton beim Schwimmen ist alles dabei.Schade, dass dieser Nagellack nur noch schwer zu finden ist.
